My human didn’t realize I had so many witch hats until she decided I should dedicate a blog post to them. And no, this isn’t all of them. A couple she either forgot or couldn’t find.
Not all of them are actual cat witch hats. Some were fascinators for humans or hair clips. Anyway, I’m going to start at the beginning and work my way up.

This one, I believe, is my earliest witch hat. It’s also the ugliest and most awkward.

This is another one I’ve probably had for over a decade, and it’s also one of my smallest. It’s been a Halloween staple right from the beginning.

I acquired this one two or three years ago. I think it was glued to a headband, and my human managed to free it and make it into a cat witch hat.

I’m not sure where this one came from. I’m pretty sure my human didn’t buy it on purpose.

This one came with a big box of Halloween goodies that PetSmart sent us to post on Instagram. It also came with a matching bow tie, but my human forgot to look for it.

My human liked the gold pattern on this black witch hat and cape duo she saw on Amazon, so she ordered it for me. But it was awful! The cape was stiff, uncomfortable, and too big for me. The hat was cheap looking. She tried to return it but even though they refunded her money, they said just to keep it. It really was that cheap! But I’m wearing the hat anyway.

This was a hair clip from CVS originally. My human thought it would make a cute hat for me. I’m still getting used to wearing it. It usually takes some adjusting to find out how best to wear these hats.

This one is another new acquisition. My human thought the black rose was really pretty. The hat needed some help, though — the cone was overstuffed and sat weird on my head. So my human had to deconstruct it a little to get some of the stuffing out. But I think it worked out pretty well!
So those are some of my many witch hats! Witch, I mean, which ones are your favorites? Let me know in the comments.
