Summer shares her weekend in Ventura, appearing at the cat show there on Day of the Dead, including a peek at the hotel room.

I had a great cat show weekend! My human and I drove to Ventura and set up the day before.

And then I got to stay in a hotel! Although Ventura isn’t too far from us, going there and back on a cat show day would be exhausting for my human (and me too!). So we have a nearby hotel we stay at regularly.

I tested out the bed, and it passed my inspection. I also got some play time.

We got to the show a little early so my human could finish decorating my space with all the Day of the Dead things she brought.

Yes, she placed La Suegra right behind me.

She also brought my bell, so I could ring it for the attendees.

And we brought my Day of the Dead catnip pillow, and impressed people by having me put my paw on it when asked to!

I got to visit with lots of people! Including lots of kids.

I didn’t get to wear all my outfits — I did bring a lot for a one day show! But I wore as many as I could fit in.

And of course I made sure to wear my goth dress.

All too soon the show was over and it was time to go home. But it was fun while it lasted!
