Marianne was abandoned with her friend. Animal Control managed to capture the friend and take him to the shelter. The first thing I asked JoAnn Wiltz to do is to locate that dog so we can reunite them, but since the public has a higher priority than rescues at the shelter, a private party was able to adopt the dog, and unfortunately (due to their privacy policy), they wouldn’t share the adopter’s contact information.

Meanwhile, #HopeForPaws contacted #LAAnimalRescue to see if they have an available foster home, and they did!

If you would like to adopt her, please contact them directly: https://wwwLAAnimalRescue.org

JoAnn and I are on our way to Northern California this morning to rescue a dog living by the freeway that no one can capture. Please take a second to cross your fingers for us. Thanks 🤞
