This Veterans Day, thanks to the generosity of our longtime supporters, Stuart and Ted Tufty, we’re honoring those who have served our country by waiving adoption fees on all dogs 6 months and older November 7-11. This special offer is available to everyone, not just veterans, and we invite our entire community to join us in recognizing our service members and giving deserving pets a second chance.
Whether you’re looking for a playful pup, a loyal sidekick or a gentle senior dog to welcome into your home, this is the perfect opportunity to adopt. We encourage anyone who is considering expanding their family to stop by and meet the dozens of canine companions patiently waiting for their forever homes.

- Taking place November 7-11
- $0 adoption fees on all dogs 6 months and older
- Available at all three of our adoption locations
- All dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and adopters will take home a starter kit of Hill’s Science Diet food
Year-Round Military Discount
If you aren’t ready to meet your new best friend just yet, we’re proud to support our veterans and active-duty military personnel year-round with our military discount. All veterans and active-duty service members can receive 20% off any pet’s adoption fees throughout the year. Simply show your military ID when completing the adoption process, and your discount will be applied, making it even easier to find the furball you’ve been waiting for.
